Terms of Service

1. The service

Sammion is a software-as-a-service platform that combines content management, customer management, AI features and multichannel messaging. We may add, change or remove features as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account, for all activity that occurs under it, and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Sammion. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing, with notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.

Some features are usage-based or sold as add-ons and are charged according to your use.

4. Free trials

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial the service may stop unless you choose a paid plan. We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time.

5. Acceptable use

When using Sammion you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages (spam), or use messaging features in breach of applicable communications and marketing laws;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
• disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on it, or circumvent usage limits or security measures;
• reverse engineer, resell or copy the service except as permitted by law;
• use the service to store or process data you are not legally allowed to handle.

6. Your content and customer data

You retain all rights to the content and data you and your users put into Sammion ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for your Customer Data and for ensuring you have the right to collect and process it. As described in our Privacy Policy, you act as the data controller for Customer Data and Sammion acts as your data processor.

7. Intellectual property

Sammion, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services, such as payment, messaging and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Sammion available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue a material part of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sammion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sammion and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.

On termination your right to use the service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. By continuing to use Sammion after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Finland have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
